For years, consultants Nanette Fridman and Kelly Segal have collaborated with each other—and other trusted colleagues—to develop solutions to their clients’ varied organizational challenges. Over time, they found themselves explaining this working model over and over again. So once again they put their heads together and, after many hours of brainstorming, they launched Effect Collective.
